Sam Dawes and his father, Mark Hodges, are doing a sponsored Sky Dive at Dunkerswell Airfield on 26th February.
Sam said, ‘We are doing it in memory of nana and to say thank you to Exmouth & Lympstone Hospiscare for looking after her so well. I admit I’m terrified!’
